4. Rinse of the shampoo we use, and any other residues that may have been left behind from previous cleanings. We use an actual PH Balanced fabric softener product to rinse called Fiber rinse.
5. Deodorizer. We have four fragrances for you to choose from, lemon, apple, cherry, and spring breeze. You can also request no fragrance at all.
6. Extraction. We will extract the rinse injected into to carpet, and or furniture fiber. Normal drying time is Three - Eight hours dependant upon what type of carpet is being cleaned.
7. We move and replace all furniture. If you want your china cabinet or any other cabinet containing valuables moved please have them empty for our cleaners.
8. Legs of furniture will be protected by plastic tabs to prevent rusting, and flat surfaced furniture will be placed on Styrofoam blocks to prevent water damage, and to allow carpet to dry underneath. We also place wall protectors on the corners of walls we are pulling our hoses around.
9. Application of DuPont Teflon carpet protector, allowing easy clean up of stains and more importantly removal of 28-35% more dry particle soil every time you vacuum.
10. Pile grooming and setting. We groom the carpet fibers with a nylon carpet rake when finished rinsing to decrease drying time, distribute the Teflon carpet protector evenly, and leave the carpet looking nicely groomed.

It costs nothing, but creates much good. It enriches those who receive it without impoverishing those who give it away. It happens in a flash but the memory of it can last forever. No one is so rich that he can get along without it. No one is too poor to feel rich when receiving it. It creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in business, and is the countersign of friends. It is rest to the weary, daylight to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad, and nature's best antidote for trouble. Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen for it is something of no earthly good to anybody until it is given away willingly.
